These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hridae.com (the "Site"), operated by Hridae Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Hridae"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about Hridae and its technology. Content may change without notice and is provided for informational purposes only.
2. Investigational device & no medical advice. Hridayam and related products are investigational and under clinical validation. They are not approved for sale and are not yet available commercially. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Never disregard professional advice because of something on the Site. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist or reserving the Founder's Edition registers your interest only. It is not a purchase, an offer, or a guarantee of availability, pricing, or timing, and creates no obligation on either party.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Hridae and Hridayam names and marks, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to Hridae and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or scrape it using automated means without consent.
- Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India for any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms.
