Engineering the Tools of human wellness.
Hridae is a medtech startup building an ecosystem of intelligent devices and software, from clinical-grade tools for clinicians to consumer devices for everyday tracking, health and wellness at home. Continuous, non-invasive monitoring, radiation-free, low cost and built to reach everyone. It begins with the heart.
Hardware, software and AI, built as one system.
Most health tech does one layer and hands off the rest. Hridae engineers the whole stack together: the sensors that read the body continuously, the on-device software that turns raw signal into a private profile, and the AI that understands it well enough to surface what matters early. The same engine powers clinical-grade tools for clinicians and low-cost devices for everyday use at home, so serious sensing can reach a hospital, a rural clinic or your own wrist.
Three layers. One continuous loop.
Sense, understand, act, and improve, running without pause. It is the same loop inside every Hridae device, aimed at a different part of the body.
Sense
Read the body, continuously.
- Advanced sensorsHigh-fidelity signals from non-invasive, radiation-free hardware.
- Continuous monitoringNot a once-a-year snapshot in a clinic. A constant read, at home.
- Reliable parametersThe everyday health metrics that matter, tracked dependably over time.
Understand
Make it personal, keep it private.
- On-board edge AIInterpretation runs locally, on the device, in milliseconds.
- Private by designYour data is processed on-device and stays yours.
- Your own profileA baseline built from you, not a population average.
- Pattern recognitionLong-term tracking that learns your normal and sees change as it emerges.
Act
Catch it early, close the loop.
- Agentic layersAdvanced algorithms that watch continuously, so you do not have to.
- Early signalThe moment something drifts from your baseline, you and your clinician know.
- A closed loopEvery outcome sharpens the model for you. The longer it runs, the better it knows you.
One engine. Five expressions.
The same sense, understand and act loop, expressed across the body, the home and the wearables you already carry.
Hridayam
A sensor vest fusing a phased-array ultrasound patch, 12-lead ECG, motion and temperature sensing with edge AI. Engineered toward clinical-grade cardiovascular imaging, radiation-free and worn continuously, portable and low cost enough to reach clinics, emergency care and rural areas far from a cath lab.
Firefly
A haptic exoskeleton glove with a companion armband and control pod. Paired with XR, it turns rehabilitation into a guided, measured program, at home or in the clinic, with remote clinician oversight.
Dhara
A contact-free optical sensor that reads urinary flow rate and dynamics through a clear channel, using light alone. Designed for clinic-grade uroflowmetry, made private, repeatable and effortless, at home or in the clinic.
Cognidhi
A cognitive-wellness platform: playful, science-based check-ins that help people of every age monitor, protect and train everyday brain health, with community support. Within-person insight for wellness, never a diagnosis.
Atune
A software intelligence layer that brings Hridae sensing and AI to the wearables people already own, from smartwatches to rings, turning everyday signals into stress, recovery, sleep and performance insight. No new hardware required.
Cardiac imaging, made wearable.
A sensor vest fusing a phased-array ultrasound patch, 12-lead ECG, motion and temperature sensing with edge AI. Engineered toward clinical-grade cardiovascular imaging, radiation-free and worn continuously, portable and low cost enough to reach clinics, emergency care and rural areas far from a cath lab.
- UltrasoundA phased-array patch images the heart and blood flow, ECG-gated, with zero radiation.
- 12-lead ECGClinical rhythm and ischemia detection, synced to every ultrasound frame.
- Motion · TempOnboard IMU and skin-temperature sensing complete the physiological picture.
- Edge AIOn-device interpretation in milliseconds, private by design.
Physiotherapy that comes home.
A haptic exoskeleton glove with a companion armband and control pod. Paired with XR, it turns rehabilitation into a guided, measured program, at home or in the clinic, with remote clinician oversight.
- FeelForce-feedback haptics guide every motion, assisting weak movement and resisting to build strength.
- ImmerseXR turns repetitive exercises into tasks worth finishing.
- MeasureRange of motion, force and adherence, streamed to a clinician.
Flow, read by light.
A contact-free optical sensor that reads urinary flow rate and dynamics through a clear channel, using light alone. Designed for clinic-grade uroflowmetry, made private, repeatable and effortless, at home or in the clinic.
- OpticalA light beam reads the stream through a clear channel. Nothing touches the flow.
- ClinicalFlow rate, Qmax and voided volume, the metrics urologists already use.
- PrivateAt home or in clinic, dignified and effortless, with results that travel to the doctor.
From the clinic to the living room.
Hridae devices are designed to be low cost, portable and radiation-free, so the same intelligence works in a hospital, an ambulance, a rural clinic or a living room.
Clinicians & care teams
Clinical-grade tools that extend the exam beyond the clinic walls.
Patients & families
Continuous, at-home monitoring for chronic and post-care conditions.
Everyday & health-conscious
General health monitoring and personal tracking, made simple.
Athletes & performance
Stress, recovery, sleep and performance, tracked over time.
Rural & underserved areas
Portable, low-cost sensing where hospitals and cath labs are far.
Emergency & first response
Fast, portable insight for the moments when minutes matter.
The cost of finding out too late.
Most disease is caught in a clinic, once symptoms are loud enough to notice. Continuous, at-home sensing changes when the body gets heard, and how early anything can be done about it.

Frequently asked.
What is Hridae?
Hridae is a medical-technology startup, founded in 2026 by a group of IITians, building an ecosystem of intelligent health technology. It spans clinical-grade tools for clinicians and low-cost consumer devices for the home, engineering hardware, software and AI together so the body can be sensed continuously, understood personally, and the right signal surfaced early, radiation-free and built to reach everyone, from hospitals to rural and emergency care.
What is Hridae building?
Hridae is building a connected ecosystem of intelligent devices and software: a clinical-grade cardiac wearable and other regulated medical tools for clinicians, consumer devices for everyday tracking, health and wellness at home, and Atune, a software intelligence layer that brings Hridae AI to the smartwatches and rings people already own. It is backed by active R&D across medical imaging, signal and image processing, instrumentation, sensor development, machine learning, generative AI and edge AI. The software and app layer is expected to land in 2027, with the devices following by 2028.
Who is Hridae for?
Both clinicians and everyday people. Hridae builds clinical-grade, regulated tools for doctors and care teams, and low-cost consumer devices for the home, for general health monitoring, personal and performance tracking, and wellness. Because the devices are designed to be portable, affordable and radiation-free, they are meant to work as well in a rural clinic or an emergency as they do in a hospital or a living room.
Does Hridae act on its own, or does a doctor stay in the loop?
Hridae senses continuously, processes privately on the device, learns your personal baseline, and surfaces the right alert early. The system informs; a person acts. Insights and alerts are designed to reach you and your clinician, so care decisions always stay with a human.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Hridae is built privacy-first: interpretation runs on-device with edge AI, so your data is processed locally and stays yours. Your profile is a baseline built from you, not shared as a population average.
When will Hridae be available?
Hridae is in active research and development. The software and app layer is expected in 2027, with the devices following by 2028. The best way to stay informed and get early access is to join the waitlist for the founding cohort.
